2016 Awards Breakfast for Real Estate Agents and Staff

Thursday morning, C21 The Real Estate Center held their annual Appreciation and Awards breakfast at Something New at Abigail’s in Lumberton, NC.  Elliott Williamson, owner and broker in charge, led the proceedings.  He stressed how the agents really go out of their way to help each other as they are family, strive to help their communities, are very active in local organizations, and are determined to give the best service to their clients.  You could tell the sense of pride that Elliott has in his group.  We all got to enjoy a good southern breakfast complete with eggs, bacon, sausage, grits, biscuits, coffee, and sweet tea.  Yum!

Most of the C21 agents and staff were able to attend the event as well as Russell Smith with Team Move and Will Baker with MetLife Insurance.

Sales Statistics for Century 21 and Local Market

• A home is bought or sold worldwide every 45 seconds by a C21 agent!
• Gross buy and sell sides are up 50% for Q1 2016 compared to Q1 2015
• Price of listings is up 8% for Q1 2016 compared to Q1 2015
• The C21 Real Estate Center Lumberton office closed over $30,000,000 in sales for 2015

2016 Top Producing Agents in Century 21 The Real Estate Center

Other C21 staff in attendance included Caroline Williamson, Robert Britt, Mira Kenney, Leon Revels Jr, Faye Oxendine, Teresa Peters, Teela Strickland, and Stephanie Miller.  Agents not able to attend included Chelsea Sullivan, Jane Jernigan, Carol Meares, and Mike Ivey.

The meeting was wrapped up by Elliott stating a quote he heard that represents his agents and staff perfectly:

“Your smile is your logo, your personality is your business card, how you leave others feeling after an experience with you becomes your trademark”  quote by Jay Danzie.  Elliott stressed to use your trademark like you always do!

Then it was back to business as usual and we could hear the phone calls being made to buyers and sellers, clients were already coming into the office, and things are all abuzz in Lumberton real estate.  We look forward to a great year for buyers and sellers in Robeson County for 2016 and beyond.  It was a pleasure being able to be involved with these local real estate professionals which we have known for years.
