Recently the C21 family held their annual awards breakfast and recognized top agents, support staff, and new team members. But what is really nice to see is how involved their family is in civic, church, and charitable organizations within Robeson County. A focal point discussed was the amount of volunteering during Hurricane Matthew.

Although 2016 was a year marred by Hurricane Matthew, C21 The Real Estate Center office still had a wonderful year. Basically because of the storm and flood damage, not a lot of real estate closed in the county. This not only affected C21, but also buyers, sellers, and others that depend on the real estate market. During the awards presentation, both the sales and rental departments were praised for their hard work.

Not only does C21 sell homes, but they manage a lot of rental properties! 520 properties under rentals in 2016 is quite an impressive number. Among those rentals, there was $2.9 million in rental payments received. With these numbers, one can see that the rental market is important for the local residents. Real estate investors benefit from the property management offered by C21’s rental department. Additionally Lumberton tenants enjoy a high level of customer service and lots of rental home options.
