<\/strong>These items would need to be corrected and then verified by a professional licensed contractor.&nbsp;&nbsp;Sometimes a structural&nbsp;engineer must inspect the home.&nbsp; This&nbsp;depends on the level of the damage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Other Reminders for Termite Inspections<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Keep in mind that each report and each scenario can be different.&nbsp;
