or &#8220;Can I use VA again to buy a home and rent out my other home?&#8221;.<\/p>\n<h2>How Many Times Can You Use a VA Loan?<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-6584 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/teammovemortgage.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/military-family-in-front-of-house-Copy-Copy-300x133.jpg\" alt=\"hwo many times can you use a va loan\" width=\"300\" height=\"133\" \/><\/h2>\n<p>Actually it is possible to have a second VA loan.\u00a0 Actually, multiple <a href=\"https:\/\/www.va.gov\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">VA<\/a> loan situations happen right often.\u00a0 It is even possible to buy the new home with no money down, but there are requirements.\u00a0\u00a0We will use a VA loan calculator to determine if a down payment is needed or not.\u00a0 There are several key factors to determine if one can have multiple VA loans at the same time.<\/p>\n<p>First of all, these requirements do not apply if the current VA loan is paid off prior to the new VA loan.\u00a0 When the original VA loan is satisfied, then a second VA loan or even 10th VA loan is allowed.\u00a0 In these cases, then a new VA loan can take place on the same day as the sale.\u00a0 So these rules apply when a portion of the Veteran&#8217;s entitlement is tied up when buying the new home.<\/p>\n<h2>How to Get a Second VA Loan for Multiple VA Loans at Once<\/h2>\n<p>When part or all of a Veteran&#8217;s basic entitlement is tied up in an existing property, that&#8217;s when bonus entitlement comes into play.\u00a0 In order to determine this 2nd Tier entitlement availability, the following steps are typically followed.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Loan Application &amp;
