changing opportunity to own a home.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h2>USDA Funding Fee Decreases to Help Homebuyers<\/h2>\n<p><strong>The USDA National Office just announced\u00a0on April 28th that effective with guaranteed loan obligations on<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-3520 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/teammovemortgage.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/arrow-showing-decline-300x188.jpg\" alt=\"2016-2017 USDA Funding Fee and Annual Fee Decreases\" width=\"300\" height=\"188\" \/> or after October 1, 2016 through September 30, 2017, the up-front <a href=\"http:\/\/teammovemortgage.com\/usda\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">USDA<\/span><\/a> guarantee fee is\u00a0DECREASING significantly\u00a0from 2.75% to only 1%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>This <a href=\"http:\/\/teammovemortgage.com\/usda\/\" target=\"_blank\" Payments<\/h2>\n<p>Most are familiar with mortgages having a form of mortgage insurance when putting down less than 20%.\u00a0\u00a0USDA&#8217;s\u00a0form of PMI is called\u00a0an annual fee.\u00a0\u00a0It is called an annual fee because it is based on the\u00a0mortgage balance\u00a0at each annual anniversary.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0First it is calculated by multiplying the Annual Fee
