Realtor.<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0This includes\u00a0responding to electronic disclosures quickly.\u00a0 Provide all documentation requested\u00a0early and quickly\u00a0for final approval &amp; closing.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Finalize your insurance policies<\/strong> &#8211; So do this EARLY.\u00a0\u00a0Insurance agents will need for you to complete and sign an application as\u00a0well as\u00a0choose a policy and limits.\u00a0 Sometimes the insurance must be paid up-front to have the policy effective as of closing.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Know your numbers prior to closing<\/strong>.\u00a0 Your loan officer will explain your final numbers in detail including total payment, cost breakdown, and funds needed for closing at least 3 days prior to closing.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Funds for closing in the appropriate form<\/strong> &#8211;
